We are looking to recruit someone who is dedicated, professional and inclusive to the role of National Citizen Service (NCS) Manager. NCS is a youth programme like no other. It is designed for 15 to 17-year-olds, providing opportunities to meet new people, take on fresh challenges get a clearer idea of what they want from your future.
You will be responsible for leading, implementing and managing the delivery of the NCS programme. This will include regular liaison with schools and colleges across the Wakefield District and other operational venues. You will also line manage our NCS delivery team.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership and project management experience and experience of managing a multi-disciplined team with a youth work setting. This is an exciting time for Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation, as we enter a period of change and plan for the next couple of years. The need for our services has never been greater. This role will be an opportunity for you to work closely with a professional rugby league club, the board of trustees, and the wider staff team, to further develop the excellent work done across the Wakefield District.
