Delivered in partner with SCL Professional, Trinity Education is creating a pathway to employment for young people (16-18-years old), providing you with a toolkit of transferrable skills whilst preparing you for employment through work experience opportunities.

This 15-week Traineeship programme will help to get you work-ready, as you develop work and life skills to set you up for your future.

Combining a mix of classroom training and real, high-quality work experience, you will gain an insight into the sector while developing the skills required to be successful.

You will have the opportunity to participate in industry-relevant work experience within one of the following sectors:

  • Sport and Coaching
  • Media
  • Business (Admin & Hospitality)

All classroom-based sessions will be run from the Mobile Rocket Stadium, with the first cohort starting from the middle of November.

Your Traineeship programme will consist of 4 core elements:

  • Your work experience – You will have the opportunity to participate in work experience within one of three fields; Sport and Coaching, Media or Business (Admin & Hospitality)
  • Your development – You will have opportunities to develop the skills required for an apprenticeship programme or for employment
  • Preparing you for the world of work – We will prepare you for future employment and help you to understand our culture and how to develop professional behaviours
  • Functional Skills – We will help and support you to achieve English and maths qualifications and develop basic digital skills (if required)

A Traineeship programme could also help you with:

  • Improving your English and maths skills, working towards formal qualifications
  • Timekeeping, looking smart, and professional behaviours
  • Writing an unforgettable CV, completing application forms and polishing your interview skills
