Main purpose of the role:
WTFC is the award-winning, official charity of Wakefield Trinity Rugby League Club and is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated NCS Co-oridnator to recruit young people to take part in our NCS programmes.
NCS is a voluntary personal and social development programme for 15–17 year olds in England and Northern Ireland.
To achieve commitment to the programme you will work to raise the profile, and encourage participation in NCS within schools, colleges, key local organisations and with young people and parents directly within a defined geographical area in order to achieve defined KPIs.

The post holder will be expected to undertake duties outside normal school hours, during school holidays, at weekends and in the evenings.

WTFC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people taking part in the programme. We expect all staff to share this commitment.
As part of this commitment to providing a safe environment for our young people, we require all candidates to return a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate. WTFC will assist the application and for the processing of a new DBS.
We also require two satisfactory references, including your current or last employer. Referees can be employers or anyone to whom you are known in a professional or academic context.
